The printer features a 100-sheet multipurpose tray and a 250-sheet standard input tray. An optional 550-sheet third tray is also supported.

Print management for your enterprise can be centralized. With built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity, one or more 4001dw units can be managed from the cloud and from a single dashboard. The necessary management applications can be downloaded by your IT team from the HP website. The 4001dw comes with a single toner cartridge. Supported replacement cartridges include the HP 148A Black Original LaserJet Toner Cartridge (2900 pages) and the 148X Black Original LaserJet Toner Cartridge (9500 pages). Additional cartridges can be delivered directly to you by HP when you need them if you subscribe to the toner delivery service.
